We inspect every machine we offer against its machine-specific acceptance protocol. We test the accuracy and interpolation of all axes — and where needed, we correct: mechanically and via control parameters. Our customers always receive a geometrically optimised machine with full documentation.
We run a circular interpolation test (ballbar test) to verify how precisely two axes work together. Any deviation is corrected by parameter adjustment until the result is clean.
We measure positioning accuracy, repeatability, straightness and squareness of all axes. Where values are out of tolerance, we adjust — mechanically and via the control system.
All measured values — after correction — are documented in a signed acceptance protocol that ships with every machine. You know exactly what you are receiving before it reaches the port of Tema.
